Varsha 2024 Poems - Mona Mehas

A Quartz Prayer
By Mona Mehas

I have a jar of clear quartz crystals
their magic amplifies energy
one is heart-shaped with a little chip
another comes to a shiny point.

Sitting on the kitchen window ledge
I have a jar of clear quartz crystals
my skin renews with water daily
gemstones heighten purification.

A few pieces are long and slender
and some have minor imperfections
I have a jar of clear quartz crystals
for translucent mental clarity.

With the shards is a devotion card
added for spiritual healing
prayer and water flow in tandem
I have a jar of clear quartz crystals.
